As CEO of Rethink Innovations, Allyson manages the day-to-day logistics and administration of the company. Prior to founding Rethink Innovations, Allyson had over fifteen years of experience as an Operations Manager for two custom apparel firms. After spending several years working for both Rethink Innovations and for the apparel firm, Allyson joined Rethink Innovations full time in 2010.

Allyson is a member and sponsor of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) of Greater Philadelphia. She is a member of Impact100 South Jersey. She received a Beyond the Glass Ceiling Award from NAWBO SJ in 2016 and was accepted to the Goldman Sachs 10K Small Businesses program in summer 2018. She formerly served on the Board of Directors, of the South Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO SJ) and was a member of the Governing Body for Athena Powerlink®. Outside of work, Allyson enjoys spending time with her son, Gavin.
