The offices were configured with Aerohive wireless access points so no controller was required for the installation as well as Dell POE 1Gb switches to the desktop. The office was also outfitted with a S2 Netbox for access control to all public doors.
System is a simple system with a Panasonic Pro 65” Plasma configured with laptop, PC or cable TV monitoring. Audio for the space comes from 6 ceiling speakers. Control of the system is via mfg remotes and extended IR.
This room contains a drop down screen and static projector for local presentations from the table. Audio for this room is via the projector if needed.
All new Cat6 was run throughout the facility with triple drops at each location. The system was done with a configuration of A & B for Data and C for the phone system. All wiring was of type Cat6 just in case they went to a fully IP system in the future.
Access control was for all entry doors and was done with a S2 Net box for PC less control. The system doesn’t require a dedicated PC for monitoring or controlling the door box leading to less maintenance and a quicker installation.
