The board room contains one ceiling recessed HD+ Projector and screen. The screen is the Stewart video conference screen that also drops down the Lifesize camera for videoconferencing. The conference table contains two laptop connections over Crestron DM to a Crestron DM control system to display on the projector or share over the Lifesize Room 220 system. System is controlled via a wireless touchpanel on the conference table.
Room contains one Lifesize Express 220 video conference system with a single 60” LED lit LCD panel. Room can also do presentations directly to the panel or though the video conference system.
IT Conference Room:
Room contains one Lifesize Express 220 video conference system with dual 60” LED lit LCD panels. Room can also do presentations directly to the panel or though the video conference system.
Room is setup with dual TVs for watching cable TV or playing video games on downtime.
The floor was completely wired with over 155 dual Cat6 all certified for gigabit Ethernet. During the transition we moved all the T1 and fiber circuits over to the new data center, installed ladder rack and new racks as well as all servers. Before move-in we patched and labeled all switch ports and verified connectivity.
A Cambridge Sound Masking system was installed in a dual zone configuration throughout the bull pen areas.
In ceiling dome cameras were installed at all entryway doors to capture everyone entering or leaving the facility. We also installed an IP bull pen camera and decoder for India to see who is in the office and a like kind version was installed in India for NJ to monitor.
An IP access control system was installed on all entry doors as well as the IT datacenter with common card access for all. The system was also configured to allow the receptionist or any user to unlock the front door from an authenticated webpage.
